Gulf Coast villa rental, villa for vacation rentals by owner in the South Venice / Englewood area. Our florida villa has been chosen for quality, design and luxury living. This is the owners home NOT a normal rental property and the owners will be returning in 2 years after their time in Europe. The proximity to the beach and and many local golf courses has been specifically chosen and the position ensures privacy for the discerning vacationer and holiday maker. Every luxury extra has been provided to give you the chance to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Nearby downtown Venice High Streetenice provides quaint local shops and tempting restaurants situated on either side of palm tree lined streets. Our villa is managed by a local English lady who looks after the property meticulously and is always on hand if needed. We get many repeat guests which, I think, speaks for itself. The large pool is solar heated but this can be topped up in the winter months with electric heating if necessary.

Views:There are wonderfull views from the pool to our privates and secluded gardens at the rear.

Just a fifteen minute walk from the beautiful, unspoiled beach, with lifeguard, picnic and parking facilities. Watch the dolphins jumping or the pelicans diving for fish. With two large shopping malls within 30 minutes drive, there is something to suit everyone. Excellent selection of restaurants to tempt the pallet. There are many Florida golf courses in around Venice, the Plantation is the nearest and there are also courses towards Placida the 3 courses at Rotonda, have 54 holes to choose from, that challenge all skill levels. There are also a number of tennis centres in the Venice area. Beaches - Fourteen miles of sandy beaches provide almost unlimited beach combing along the Lemon Bay area's beaches, offering a thrilling adventure. Along with shells and driftwood, prehistoric sharks teeth are buried in the sand. Watch out for the nesting turtles though from mid spring to mid fall.

The modern well equipped kitchen boasts the latest electrical appliances as well as an oversized fridge freezer with icemaker to provide you with cool drinks throughout the day The large master bedroom has its own sitting area where you can relax after a hard day. Patio doors open on to the pool area. Spacious guestroom with double bed, third bedroom with twin beds - ideal for the family. Family room with entertainment centre and large TV, Dining Room & Lounge with impressive patio doors opening onto the pool.
