Fethiye holiday villa with pool - luxury villa in Aegean, Turkey

Cadianda villa is set amid pine clad forests in the mountain village of uzumlu. A traditional Turkish village with several shops for your everyday groceries, a post office and a small selection of restaurants plus a wine bar. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is well equipped. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob. It is air conditioned. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. There is an open fireplace in the lounge. The villa is just a 45 minute drive from Dalaman airport and 15 minute drive from the nearest beach resort of Calis. The market town of Fethiye is 10km away and the lively resort of Hisaronu and the blue lagoon at Olu Deniz are about 15km from the villa. These can all be easily reached by the local Dolmus from the village square or we can arrange car hire for you at very competitive rates. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area including water sports, boat trips, parascending, walking, horse riding, turkish baths and many historical sights.

Views:The villa is in an elevated position overlooking the village of Uzumlu and surrounding valley.

The nearest beach resort is Calis, just 10 km from the villa with its long shingle beach and promenade. There are many restaurants, bars and shops here and a small water park for the children. Fethiye is a large market town also just 10km away. Here you will find an abundance of shops, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and bars. There is also a post office, banks, chemists and a weekly tuesday market. Along the promenade you can book boat trips and fishing trips. For a more lively night out Hisaronu is not far away and also for a leisurely day by the beach the blue lagoon of Olu Deniz. Water sports can also b found here. There are many historical sites nearby, plus Saklikent gorge which is well worth a visit.

The villa is detatched with private pool and sun terrace, and private parking space. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a full family bathroom. Each room has a large private balcony with panoramic views of the mountains. Each room also has air conditioning. There is a galleried landing overlooking the spacious lounge and dining room. The dining area has seating for up to 8 people and the lounge has 2 armchairs and a large double sofa bed. There is an open fireplace and air conditioning in this room. There is a downstairs wc/shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ovven and hob. Large french doors open out onto a large veranda with patio furniture. There are sunbeds for the sun terrace around the pool. There is also a BBQ.

Outside Area:The villa is in an elevated position with forest immediately behind it. There is a private car parking space at the villa. The villa has a large veranda overlooking the pool. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved sun terrace with steps leading up to the villa.
