Nirvana is the perfect vacation for couples, friends & families, you can't choose a better property for a wonderful romantic family trip to Negril Beach. Centrally located directly on Negril Beach, Nirvana is a terrific value, you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property for family reunions or weddings. We have a casual un-hotel type setting with only 12 rental units to suit individual tastes. We are the only property on Negril Beach that has no beach bar or restaurant or anything else open to the public, Nirvana is a private property for our guests only. There are many local restaurants in every price range, Jamaican jerk stands, casual beach bars & tasty snack shops within a 1-10 min. barefoot walk on the sand from our beachfront & dozens more a short cab ride from Nirvana. This makes Nirvana a great choice for a private & secure secluded hideaway vacation spot right in the center of Negril beach. Imagine a peaceful & exotic lush tropical garden where you can relax in a hammock in the shady gardens filled with fruit trees, all kinds of blooming flowers & orchids which attract many butterflies, hummingbirds & songbirds.....all set on 2 acres right in the center of the beach, an easy barefoot walk to all Negril's attractions. Negril is a beach lovers paradise with 7 miles to explore on foot. It has the incredible gentle crystal clear & warm Turquoise waters you have been seeking. No rocks or stones mar the soft pure white baby powder soft sands which go out to a depth of 400 feet from the shore line. There is a shallow reef about half a mile from shore which is perfect for snorkeling or SCUBA diving. It is an ideal beach fro people watching, walking or running. Water sports of every kind are at your doorstep available from local operators. The added bonus of a spectacular sunset in the ocean as the beach faces due West, set up your beach chair for this fabulous nightly show. Rental notes: There is room for 4 extra guests at 30 USd per night, per person.

We offer a few lucky guests a unique beachfront environment in the least densely developed property in Negril, with only 5 Cottages and 7 One Bedroom Suites all set on 2 beachfront acres of gardens and grounds. Cottages have 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and a large family-style porch-type living/dining room. All units are fully screened and have ceiling fans in every room. Each cottage has 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds in the other bedrooms. Daily maid/cook service for one meal per day is included in the cottage rates, guests provide all groceries needed for meal preparation. The cottages have been planned for maximum beach-life enjoyment. Cottage 1 has three bedrooms and accommodates six people. There is a half-bath in the cottage, and one full modern bathroom with an open-tiled shower right outside. Cottage 2 is larger, and features three bedrooms, which can accommodate six people. There is one full bathroom in the cottage, and another full bathroom just outside. Cottages 3 & 4 can each accommodate four people. They feature two large bedrooms, one deluxe tiled bathroom inside, and a lovely open family room/kitchen. Cottage 5 is our newest cottage & is even more spacious, with ceiling fans in every room, two large bedrooms, a huge tiled bathroom, spacious living/dining area, and kitchen. It is our only unit designed with full handicapped access.
