Camellia Courtyard Villa has everything you need to make your holiday in Florida the most luxurious & relaxing holiday you could wish for. It consists of 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a private pool and spa large enough to accommodate 1 large family group or 2 families together. Our home is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped. Featuring:- 1st Master suite with king size bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. This room also has access to a private courtyard, furnished with a pretty bistro table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy day 2nd Master suite also contains a king size bed, again with en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms 3,4,& 5 each have 2 twin beds. Cable TV and playstation2 is available for use in bedroom 3. These bedrooms share the third bathroom. Living Room is tastefully decorated and furnished and has comfortable seating - including a 3 seater sofa and 2 love seats (two seater sofas). The 3 seater sofa can be used as a sofa bed, if required, to sleep an additional 2 guests. The entertainment center contains a TV, DVD and stereo for your added enjoyment. Patio doors lead to the pool area. Dining Room features a traditional cherry dining table and seating for 8. In addition there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar for casual dining. Kitchen, contains all modern conveniences, including oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.

Our home is located on the new gated development of 'Tuscan Hills', which is located on the US27 near to Highway 192 which gives access to the Disney area. It is also close (5 minute drive) to Interstate 4 which leads to many other attractions such as Universal Studios & Sea World. Situated on the brand new Tuscan Hills development, it is an ideal base to explore the sights, attractions and shops in one of America’s friendliest states, or a peaceful oasis from a busy and hectic world. The Villa is conveniently close for the theme parks, Disney World being just a 15 minute drive away 'Tuscan Hills' Development is a gated community with restricted access for peace of mind. There is a 2,700sqft clubhouse which boasts a fitness room, lounge, children's indoor play area. Outside facilities include a large covered lanai, sand volleyball court, children's play area, palm garden and tennis court.

Rental notes: Payment together with your completed booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100/$200 per week is due within 7 days of your provisional booking, or your options may be automatically released. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt we will send out directions and lock box number (to access the key) to our Villa. If booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival date, then full payment must be made at the time of booking. Security Deposit The client is solely responsible for any damage or breakage that may be caused to the property or its contents during your stay. We require a refundable security breakage deposit of £150/ $250, which should be sent with your final balance. The deposit will be repaid to your party by cheque as soon as the management company has reported no damage and that you have returned the keys, but not to exceed 30 days of your return. Heating Costs If required Pool/spa heating costs an additional £100 per week. This Recommended Oct through to April Bookings of 6 days or less will incur an additional cost of £75
