This beautiful private house is available for much less than most small hotel rooms on Moonstone Beach and offers you privacy and comfort second to none.

Cambria is small village off Highway One on the Central Coast of California - halfway between San Francisco & Los Angeles - the town has many quality restaurants, shops, art galleries and has a casual atmosphere. The coastline is rugged and picturesque with elephant seals, otters, and other wildlife - the famous Hearst Castle is within 10 minute drive north - drive 20 minutes inland and tour all the wineries and vineyards of Paso Robles. Just minutes from Hearst Castle and Paso Robles with over 50 wineries, Cambria offers art galleries, unique shops, antiquing and outstanding restaurants. Pine forest is just 2 blocks from rental house. Cayucos, Templeton and Moro Bay only 25 minutes away. Superb Restaurants in the Village, Templeton, Moro Bay, San Luis Obispo.

This unique architect's design house includes all amenities, including piano and small library. DSS satellite TV in master bedroom and entertainment room, stereo speakers throughout with CD players and radio. The kitchen which has an excellent view of the ocean and pines though this photograph was taken on a hazy day. High ceiling with lots of glass and wood. Kitchen has all amenities. Bedroom has great view of ocean and pines. The ocean is there where its hazy. The large glass windows are further have terrific views. Its ceilings are high. The queen size bed has a down comforter and has large skylight overhead to watch the stars at night and the eagles during the day. The adjoining master bath has a Jacuzzi but with a view of the ocean and West Village.

Outside Area:Redwood deck with private spa under a redwood gazebo. The outdoor spa sits four+ with a gazebo overhead and a sense of peace and privacy, with the occasional deer wandering by. Large open space on both sides of house for privacy with oaks, pines, and lush gardens.
