This typical Canarian style villa is set in a pretty, tree lined and private garden in the lower part of Los Mojones. Located on the upper level is a full bathroom and the master bedroom which has one double bed and one single bed and opens to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. All the other accommodation is on the lower level including two shower rooms, two twin rooms (one with doors to the terrace). and another bedroom which has one double and one single bed perfect for a couple and a child.In total the Villa will be able to comfortably sleep 8-10 people. The dual aspect lounge/diner is spacious and comfortable. There is a large covered terrace with barbecue, table and seating for eight. Villa Marcos is owned, managed and maintained to offer a better service level and a more homely house. Perfect for ‘al-fresco’ dining.

You will find Villa Marcos in a quiet residential area where you can relax in peaceful, secluded surroundings whilst being within a few minutes of the main resort. The main sandy beach is in Puerto del Carmen which is only 5 mins drive or approx 15 mins walk away, the Old Town is great for good bars with lots of restaurants, so if you do not fancy going to the main Avenida for a meal or drink you can easily walk to the old town in 10 mins. The island has lots of other beach area's locally, with Papagayo being the main one which has 5 beautiful sandy beaches. The nearest and most newest 18 hole Golf course is Puerto Del Carmen which is only 5 mins drive away, the Islands second course is Costa Teguise and this is approx 20 mins drive away, a third planned in Puerto Calero to start construction in Jan 2009 and a fourth in Playa Blanca programmed to start in 2009,
