Alhaurin de la Torre Holiday Villa - Andalucia self catering villa rental

The villa is located in Romeral, close to quaint Spanish Village of Alhaurin De La Torre. It has its own gated (safer for children) private pool overlooking fantastic views towards the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is set in its own private grounds orange, lemon, fig and avocado trees with a few grape vines scattered here and there. There are two bedrooms in the main villa, One is a double and one is a twin. There is an annex by the side of the main villa with a double bed and a bed settee (ideal family room that sleeps up to 4) now with en suite. There is a cot available at extra cost. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, worktop oven, washing machine. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. There is now also an IPOD deck and speakers.

Romeral is situated 5 mins drive to a nice Spanish Town Alhaurin De La Torre which has everything from bars and restaurants and banks. Plus also the popular Lauro golf course. You are not far from other towns and villages of Alhaurin El Grande, Cartama and Cartama Estraccion where there is a regular morning Spanish Sunday Market. Also a very popular restaurant Sunday lunchtimes is El Tinteros, from 1pm (ideal if on way back from market as you drive past) the waiters bring out an array of different plates of food to suit everyone from tapas to big plates of leg of lamb, massive steaks and various fish, shell fish and salad dishes. Not forgetting jugs of Sangria and beer. Put up your hand when you see something you like. The waiters price up the meal at the end which is reasonable and good quality. There is a small park area there for the children. CARAHUELA BEACH 15 mins drive- lovely promenade of shops bars and restaurants, and of course the wonderful beach bars serving tapas.Pedlow,watersports and sunbed hire. BENALMEDINA PUERTO 15 mins drive - lovely shops, restaurants and bars, boat and fishing trips (hopefully you see the dolphins there are groups of bottlenose and common dolphins), Sealife Centre. BENALMEDINA 15-20 mins drive- Quiet beach with all bars restaurants and shops the other side of the beach. SELWO MARINA... swim with the sealions and see the dolphins.

The villa has 1 double bedroom 1 twin bedroom. The villa also has an annex building with double bed, and a bed settee an ideal family room now with en suite shower room. Main villa has a lounge with TV but it has no english channels but is for the use of videos and dvds which we leave a good selection of from disney family type to 18s. There is also a playstation with selection of games. CD. IPOD Speakers. Kitchen is well equiped. It has plenty of cutlery crockery. 4 ring gas hob, worktop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine etc. Also there is a travel cot you can hire for £10 if you have little ones.

Outside Area:The dining terrace is situated outside the main lounge. It is part of the main house and is undercover. There are 6 dining chairs and 4 stools. There is also a patio table and chairs that can also be moved undercover. Patio heater. There is a three peice also on the annex terrace.
