Luxury vacation home in Lindfields - Florida holiday rental house

Our home is situated in the lovely, secluded area of Lindfields at the west end of Highway 192 about five miles drive from Walt Disney World. It is a single storey 3 bedroomed, 2-bathroom villa and is beautifully furnished. It has its own screened 30’ pool and it is fully fenced for complete privacy with a pretty garden area, planted out with flowering bushes and fruit trees, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, lemons and bananas which you are welcome to pick if they are ripe. As there are no 2-storey homes around you are completely private.

Lindfields is one of Orlando’s most secure and pleasant residential areas, surrounded by beautiful lakes and woodlands, combine this with its quiet surroundings and beautiful landscape, it makes it a truly relaxing place to take a holiday. Lindfields is only 5 miles from Disney World and well positioned for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and all Disney Theme Parks. It is situated on the 192 in Kissimmee, with its many shops and restaurants which include TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse and MacDonald's to mention but a few. However if shopping is your thing then Lindfields is superbly positioned for the great shopping malls on International Drive. Why spend precious vacation time driving miles to all the attractions when you can stay on Lindfields and be so close. It is helpful, particularly with young children, to be able to return mid-day for a rest and perhaps a swim and then return refreshed to the parks or for a shopping spree.

Rental notes: 13% Florida Tax will be added to the advertised rate. A $250 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance, which is due not later than 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date. Please note that the maximum permitted number of persons allowed to occupy the villa is 6 plus an infant of less than two years of age, who will sleep in a cot. A cot is available free of charge, but must be reserved in advance. A ‘starter pack’ of food is available (payable locally) but must be reserved in advance. Our home is fully licensed with the Osceola County assuring you of a good standard of accommodation. Do take care when booking any accommodation to ensure that the home is licensed.

The lounge is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, a very large comfortable chair, coffee table and side tables with lamps. The Dining room has seating for six for more formal dining and there is also a table and chairs in the kitchen’s bay window for more relaxed eating. The Kitchen has everything you could need for either cooking a full meal or just a snack. There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a huge King-sized bed (6ft) ample drawer space and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and ‘his and hers’ basins. The double bedroom has a Queen-sized bed (5ft) and there is also a twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. A Washer and Dryer is situated in the garage and also there are iron, ironing Board and vacuum cleaner in the cupboard in the garage.

Outside Area:The pool is fully screened to keep out the bugs and has free solar heating with the added option of electric pool heating at an extra charge for the cooler winter months. There are comfortable loungers, tables and chairs. We also provide a gas BBQ to enable you to enjoy the pleasure of eating outside in the wonderful Florida sun. The garden area around the pool is planted out with flowering bushes and fruit trees, if there are any fruits ready, do feel free to pick them. Our very private pool and garden area is a haven of peace and quiet and very relazing. You are not overlooked as there are no 2-storey homes around us and the fence makes it really secluded.
