Enjoy relaxation and privacy in one of our lovely beachfront homes. We have 2 houses next to each other, each with 2 separate, independent units. Each unit has a covered patio where you can enjoy delightful breakfasts or fabulous sunsets and in season, you can watch the whales and dolphins pass by. Both houses are fully equipped. Casa Tamara has 2 units each with 3 bedrooms. Casa Serena has 2 units, each with 2 bedrooms. One bedroom in each unit is a master bedroom with a queen or king size bed. The other bedrooms have 2 twins in each, which can be make into a king if requested. Relax on the best beach in Rincon, but just a few minutes from a great beach bar, many restaurants and lots of water sport possibilities. AND, you can find many day trips if you want to explore the island.

Rincon is on the west coast of Puerto Rico, about 2 hours from San Juan. Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. All winter, Rincon offers great swimming, snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, kayaking, and lots more. We have many restaurants from a simple 2 table local roadside stand to a few gourmet restaurants but mostly many moderate, family restaurants in between. Many visitors come to Rincon all winter because of the ideal weather, great beaches and terrific Caribbean culture. But you can treat yourself to the tranquility & beauty all year long. Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone. Casa Tamara has two units, a downstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an upstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each unit has its a living room, with satellite TV, DVD, WiFi and CD, a dining area, a covered porch with barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedrooms have an additional satellite TV. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. We have a backyard garden with lounge chairs and hammocks, private off street parking, washer, dryer and we are right on a great swimming beach on the Caribbean side of Rincon, with warm, calm water. ***A1Vacations founder, Brian Raub, enjoyed his stay at this vacation rental*** Casa Serena is next door, with a lovely backyard garden and the same calm, clear blue Caribbean beach. Casa Serena has two units, side by side, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each unit has a living area with satellite TV, DVD, CD, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4. There is AC in every room of Casa Serena as well as ceiling fans throughout. We have a private driveway for off street parking for each unit, an outdoor shower, barbeque and Washing machine and dryer. Casa Serena is a great small house for a family of 4, a couple, or two couples or a larger group in both units.

Outside Area:Both Casa Tamara and Casa Serena have a lovely backyard with lounge chairs and hammocks. Just open the garden gate and you will be on the best swimming beach in Rincon. We are in a residential neighborhoow, not a touristy neighborhood. There is a supermarket and restaurants in walking distance and you can walk for miles along the beach.
