Only minutes from a supermarket, post office and new Walmarts Superstore , where you will find all those bargains that you really must take home!! Close by, the 192 has loads to offer, with restaurants, all kinds of entertainments such as crazy golf and shops galore. It has "Old Town" which has a classic car parade every Saturday evening, a really not to be missed event, so don't forget your camera & camcorder. plus plenty of entertainments and quaint shops. (Not forgetting the Bungie Jumping if you are felling very brave!!! There are so many wonderful theme parks,& entertainments such as Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Cypress Gardens Silver Springs, Busch Gardens, Pleasure Island, Church St Station, Kennady Space Centre, Many water parks, beaches and golf courses. Not forgetting the exciting Air-boat , hot air balloon and helicopter rides.

Rental notes: The deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the balance when due. On arrival credit card details will be taken to be held against any damages which may accur during your stay in the villa. Balance of payments is required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, with a choice of payment methods. Any cancellations must be in writing and subject to the following charges. Less than 2 months' notice - 50% of rental cost. Less than 1 months' notice - 100% of rental cost. The deposit is non-refundable. Guests are requested that children should be supervised at all times and guests are advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance. No pets,or smoking inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the patio. Pool heating is an optional extra at £70.00 per week. Groups who are under 21 years of age are not accepted. Minimum stay 7 nights but extra days can be added .Prices are fully inclusive of all taxes etc. Optional pool heating for the winter months - £70.00 per week Payment by cheque.direct into GB or USA bank, plus secure credit card payment via Pay Pal.

The villa has VCR, DVD & HI-FI, plus cable TV in the family room and in all of the bedrooms. Smoke alarms are fitted throughout. There is a wall telephone in the kitchen with free local calls. A new games room with dart board & air-hockey, football, pool & fooseball tables. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table & chairs. Large family room with dining section, with patio doors leading out to the pool area

Outside Area:The full size pool has a good size deck area where you will have plenty of room for sunbathing or eating round the pool. The pool is screened , which lets all the lovely sunshine and breezes through, but stops all the insects, so that you can sun bath in peace. There is also a BBQ if you feel like eating AlFresco. There is plenty of off road parking also a double garage with ample room for two cars. Almost within walking distance you have a large supermarket, post office and a newly opened Walmarts Superstore, where you can buy almost anything at bargain prices. perfect location to visit all those wonderful places that Florida has an abundance of. So you have most things right on your own doorstep, how convenient is that!
