Famous for its vast selection of theme parks Orlando is a favourite holiday destination for families from all over the world. Walt Disney World was key to the initial success of this area and continues to be one of the biggest attractions in the Orlando area. With Four Theme Parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom and water parks Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon. Neighbouring parks include Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World all well worth a visit and have really up the stakes for Disney over the years. But Orlando is not just about Disney World, Universal or Sea World great as they are. There is a vast array of other things to do in and around Orlando. Air boat rides where you can see the Florida wildlife up close. Some of the best golf courses right on your doorstep. Many of the villas listed on What Florida Villa are located on or very near a golf course. Picture it! Breakfast in the sun, a round of golf and back to the villa for some lunch.

After a hard day at the attractions or around the pool you will need a rest!. The family room has a large comfy sofa (that also doubles as a bed to allow for 2 extra guests), 32" Cable TV & DVD, Playstation 2 a library of PS2 games, DVD's, board games and books. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to knock up a tasty treat. Here too you will find the villa telephone which allows for FREE local calls. A utility room with clothes dryer and washer also lead directly off the kitchen. A formal dining area that seats 6 to enjoy those great meals. The master bedroom has a sumptuous King size bed for you to wallow in!. Also cable TV & DVD are supplied so you can watch in bed!!. A doorway to the ensuite leads from here, also direct access to the pool. The 2nd master bedroom also has a sumptuous King size bed, cable TV & DVD. As you would expect a doorway leads to the 2nd ensuite. There are two twin bedrooms, and they have a comfortable feeling; certainly suitable for children. Once more a cable TV & DVD are here for your use. The bed covers can be changed to a more adult nature if you wish! The best bit!. Consists of a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and fooseball (table football). There are even some bar stools and a table for a "quiet" drink....

Outside Area:You cannot fail to be impressed by the instant visual appeal of our villa!. Everything about its presentation is immaculate including the maintained landscaping. Our large South facing heated pool (heating at an additional cost) is fully screened to keep any unwanted insects out (are they ever wanted?). In front of the pool is a covered patio with plenty of space to rest and eat alfresco using the patio furniture. As the villa is situated towards the bottom of the community the pool is not over looked especially from the rear.
