It’s situated on the select Cumbrian Lakes development; a small gated community that provides a peaceful retreat. It’s only minutes away from the shops, restaurants and theme parks of the Orlando area. Disney World is an easy 15-minute drive away; Universal Orlando is only 30 minutes away. The Disney Villa is furnished to a very high standard and contains all amenities needed for a "home-from-home" experience for groups of up to 10 guests. For entertainment there’s cable TV, DVD player, video and radio/cassette/CD player. There's a games area in the garage and for exercise there’s 4 bikes and a treadmill; and there’s walks around Cumbrian Lakes Telephone calls are free to almost anywhere in the world and high-speed internet access is available.

The villa is ideally located for your Florida holiday; it’s easy to find and is only 40 minutes from Orlando airport. The Gulf coast beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg are just over an hour away, as is the Kennedy Space Centre. The Atlantic coast is approx 1.5 hours drive away. Within the community there are several lakes, one is lit up in the evening and a gentle fountain plays in the centre. A paved nature trail surrounds the lake where you can enjoy a walk or go jogging. A communal children’s play area is provided for entertaining the little ones and there is plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or a ball game. There’s a large selection of restaurants within 10 minutes of the villa. Highway 192 has a large selection of shops, restaurants and minor attractions and there’s also a 24-hour Wal-Mart within 5 minutes drive.

The main living area has a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of space and all the home comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay. The open-plan lounge/diner has a cathedral style ceiling and a family dining table The kitchen has every modern convenience including a cooker, fridge (with ice-maker), dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and patio doors leading onto the pool deck. There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, corner bath and his and hers sinks. The double bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and its own bathroom immediately outside. The twin bedded rooms have a connecting ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom and both come equipped with cable TV, one having a DVD and Playstation, whilst the other has a TV/video. The villa is air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the lounge, master bedroom and lanai.

Outside Area:A local management company looks after the villa; they are available 24 hours a day to help with any problems that may arise. The south facing pool enjoys long hours of sunshine. The lanai provides shade during the day, whilst the large pool deck allows you to relax in the sun. The screened pool is approx 27 x 12 with a spray feature and it can be lit at night to make the most of the warm summer evenings. The pool deck is also equipped with a shower and pool toilet. The pool is serviced weekly to ensure it’s kept in pristine condition. Pool heating is available as an optional extra.
