To the rear of the property is a secluded patio for those warm evenings, to enjoy your holiday. The area has mobile-telephone reception. At the present time, visitors requiring pets to stay or smoking are declined. Owners live nearby.

Hemsby is a seaside resort situated 7 miles north of the town of Great Yarmouth and 4 miles from the Norfolk Broads. The village offers a choice of supermarkets, gift shops and a range of restaurants. Hemsby has a regular bus service into Great Yarmouth where you will find everything from interesting museums to nightclubs and a casino. On the last Sunday in August the Longshore Herring Festival in Hemsby celebrates the area's important fishing traditions and heritage with live music, a parade and barbecued herrings to eat on the beach. The fascinating seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Cromer and Kings Lynn are all easily accessible to the visitor, as are an abundance of interesting smaller market towns and villages. Wroxham, the 'capital' of the Broads area, boasts the largest village-store in the world!
