The owner/caretaker flat may be availble.and consists of Kitchenet, Lounge, bathroom & a bedroom. the lounge has a put you up sofa and would only be rented out to those using the Villa along with the Annexed Rooms.
The extra cost woud be 100 GBP per week. Prices include bed linen and hand towels. Calor gas would be charged at cost.

The Total Villa is devided into two, giving at total of 5 bedrooms. The main villa and the annexed rooms. Also there is the owner/caretaker accomodation which can also be rented. It has it's own front door. The annexed rooms can only be rented to the same group as those of the main villa.
Outside Area:The villa is moorish in it's concept with flat roofs that can be used if wished as extra sun terraces overlooking the pool with views towards the sea.
