The adjoining undeveloped island of Caladesi can be reached by walking north along the beach while viewing dolphins, turtle nests and bird sanctuaries. The beach slopes gently into blue ocean waters making it ideal for swimming. The house consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom, guest bedroom with walk in closet, guest bathroom, florida room adjoining pool via double set of french doors which lead to a screen caged pool area, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a beach room for beach toys, swimming suits and drying rack. A garage is also available on request. The property is in the Carlouel sub-section of Clearwater Beach where prominent owners have had homes for the past 60 years. This is a very quiet and very private area of the island, ideal for romantic interludes and families. Those seeking livlely entertainment, pubs, restaurants and festivals, can find this by either walking circa 2 miles south along the beach or by driving 2 minutes. Publix super market is 5 minutes away by car and shopping malls galore are within a 15 minute car ride onto the mainland.
