This luxurious detached family villa with private pool is set within a substantial garden and is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. During peak season (01 July - 31 August) the villa and apartment are rented as a single unit. However, off-peak the villa and apartment may be rented separately. It is located in the desirable area of Tres Calas and is near to the shops and restaurants. The traditional Spanish fishing port of L'Ametlla de Mar is 3 km away and there is a regular bus service into this lovely town. Tres Calas - or the "three coves" has not just three but numerous beaches to choose from, yet the mountains, which can be seen from the villa, provide beautiful views as a back drop to the area.

Las Tres Calas: the villa is situated in this desirable location which stretches from the beach up towards the mountains. The area has shops, restaurants and also has a pool, mini-golf, tennis courts and a disco. Near beaches : Cala "Vidre", Cala "Forn", Cala "Sant Jordi", Cala "Ampolles", Cala "Mosques", "Torrent del Pi" beach, Cala "Xelin". L'Ametlla De Mar is the local town - a typically Spanish fishing village where you can see the fishermen working everyday bringing their catch into the markets. The village is only 3km from the villa and on a local bus route. It has everything you will need: good butchers, greengrocers and bakeries as well as the usual supermarkets and shops. Costa Daurada: the stretch of coastline along the province of Tarragona goes by the name of Costa Dorada (Golden Coast) because of the colour of its sandy beaches. The province of Tarragona is steeped in popular traditions and folklore and has a very strong culture and history.

The property combines 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom main villa which comfortably sleeps 6-8 with a separate self-contained one bedroom apartment, which sleeps 4, located above. Main Villa has lounge with wood-burning stove, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen. First floor apartment features large open-plan living area with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom, separate entrance. Fully equipped kitchen.

Outside Area:Large terrace with built in barbeque for main villa. Fenced swimming pool (8m x 4m) and deck area. 2 separate terraces to catch morning and evening sun for 1st floor apartment. Access to swimming pool by arrangement.
