Our lovely Florida home is ready to provide your family and friends with everything they need to have a wonderful holiday in Davenport, Orlando. The villa is just 15 minutes drive from “World Drive”, the entrance to Walt Disney World, where you will find Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the water parks of Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

Five minutes to the Berry Shopping Centre, on this site there is Publix Supermarket, 2 banks, Applebee's Bar and Grill, Chinese take away, an English Bar/take away, Linksters Tap Bar, (nice American sports bar) for the adults, plus a number of other shops. A Super Wal-Mart, is approximately 15 minutes towards Clermont, this sells everything. The villa is just 15 minutes drive from “World Drive”, the entrance to Walt Disney World, where you will find Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the water parks of Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. During the evening why not take a visit to city walk where you will find a dazzling array of restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, state-of-the-art cinemas and live entertainment venues. Its outdoor stages and common areas are the setting for live concerts, a, street performers, and a variety of other fun and unique activities. It is also the home of the hard rock cafe and hard rock live!

The garage has also been turned into a games room with a pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts board. Outside the pool screen has grassed area with Pomello, lemon tree, and palm There is also a Community Pool and Childrens Play area on the Florida Pines community
