Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the northwest portion of Rome , inside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Ring Road) adjacent to Via Trionfale,an important urban artery that leads direcly to the Vatican. This is one of a few places in Rome where in spring, you can still see and hear swallos overhead! A completely refurbished villa the B&B offering tranquillity,comfort and plenty of lush vegetation. When you arrive, we’ll give you keys for both the house and your room so that you are free to come and go as you wish. We have also a comfortable one-room apartment available for families or groups of up to five guest.The unit includes bathroom, kitchenette and tv.

Our excellent position (Just 80 metres from the Ottavia station of the FM3 Metro) makes it easy to reach the centre of the city, Saint Peter’s and Trastevere in a few minutes and without needing to transfer. Shops, restaurant, banks, supermarket and shopping centre are in the immediate vicinity. With the same FM3 Metro, will be able to visit interesting resort: the Bracciano Lake and the Popes’ ancient town: Viterbo reachable in 30 and 60 minutes.

Rental notes: Double single use from 35 euro to 45 euro. Double (with shared bathroom) from 60 euro to 65 euro. Double room (with private bathroom) from 65 euro to 80 euro. Triple room (with private bathroom) from 80 euro to 95 euro. Quad room (with private bathroom) from 90 euro to 110 euro.

The interior spaces are warm and cosy with reminders of the countryside. Common room and bedrooms have been decorated using pieces from the past, as much as possible. Our bedrooms can have either private or shared bathroom. The abundant and well-prepared breakfast can be either continental or English-style and it is served in the breakfast room or, when weather permits, on the veranda facing the garden which is always available for guest use as the barbecue.
