Hampton Lakes is a popular family community and because of its central location you will be perfectly placed to explore the many attractions that Florida has to offer. As you arrive at Hampton Lakes from US27, you are greeted with a garden of mature palms, the neighbourhood is located in Davenport, Florida, located just minutes south of Disney World, may be the best spot for a vacation in the Orlando area. The town of Davenport is just two square miles in size, but the Davenport area stretches out over the region that follows Highway 17, and east of Highway 27. Davenport is a small town nestled amid the booming growth of the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Hampton lakes is situated nicely on Highway 27 just south of 192 and we feel that this development is ideal for families of all ages. It boasts spectacular views Walt Disney Worlds Theme Parks at night, these being only 15 minutes away. With all other major attractions to the area within 30 minutes drive. Golf courses are abundant in Florida, directly opposite on Highlands Reserve there is and excellent par 72 golf course, but many other fine courses are within 10 - 20 minutes drive away. There are also many local amenities such as a strip mall with a Publix supermarket located less than 5 minutes away and restaurants all within easy reach of this development.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master suites – one with a King size bed, the other with a Queen size bed with two further twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV, closets and draw space and we even provide hair dryers in each bathroom. The accommodation for your relaxation and enjoyment consists of a formal lounge / dinning room with TV and VCR, a large comfortable family room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. In the Family room there is a digital TV providing over 300 channels, a DVD player and CD player. There is free high speed internet access and local telephone calls. Outside Area:Outside there is the garden and 28ft x 14ft South-West facing caged swimming pool enclosed by a wooded fence, thus providing complete privacy and due to its aspect sun most of the day.
