This beautiful villa, which sleeps 6 people, is set in a superb location in Zola. The views over the bay, towards Assos, are fabulous (Villa is very private and NOT overlooked). The very long sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are a couple of local tavernas in this quiet hamlet, the nearest being next to the beach. The open-plan living area comprises a lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher). The villa has three bedrooms (two double and one twin), they are pleasantly furnished with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have their own en-suite with shower. There is Sat/Dvd and Mp3 player which works in all rooms and music can be listened to outside as well. The lounge opens onto a large patio with magnificent views over the bay to Assos and Lefkada beyond. The barbecue is on this terrace which also has a dining table for those outdoor feasts ! The villa has its own swimming pool with sun patio. Included outside on the patio area is, a table and chairs for 6 people with unbrella, and 6 sun loungers. In the kitchen the following is included: Full set of cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses etc. Saucepans, cooking utensils and kitchenware. Iron Ironing Board, Kettle, Dishwasher, Oven + Hob, Toaster, Microwave, Washing Machine, and Fridge/Freezer. Zola is situated in the North of Kefalonia, and is approximately 15 to 20 minutes drive from Lixouri and 30 minutes into Argostoli. Zola is a beautiful and typical Greek village, if you like peaceful surroundings then this is place for you. The Villas are situated on the hillside, with spectacular views of the mountain and Agi Kiraki beach. Lixouri is the place to go for excellent food and bars, it is a very friendly town, with plenty to do, especially on the harbor front where you will find all the restaurants, you can sit eat and drink watching the Ferry go back and forth from Argostoli, and the luxury yachts that pull in to take in the amenities Lixouri has to offer. The main square in Lixouri is bustling with life at night where children play safely, and you can sit and relax and enjoy the atmosphere. There are Supermarkets and banks for all your essentials. To enjoy a real busy town then why not take the ferry over to Argostoli, this is a pleasant journey, and children really enjoy this trip. There you will find an array of various restaurants and plenty of shops to buy your holiday treats. There are many places to visit in the surrounding area of Zola, a 15 minute drive North will bring you to the most photographed beach in Greece, Myrtos Beach, the views from above are amazing, and if you are a keen photographer you will have some amazing pictures to take home with you. There are 2 other towns to visit on your journey North, Agia Eifimia and Sami.

There is a open plan living accomadtion giving access to the pool threw two patio doors. Also a breakfast bar with 5 stools for dining indoors. The fully fitted kitchen provides for every need including dishwasher and freezer. Each bedroom has its own en suite and patio door to access patio. Also with the facilty of music/video/Sat in every room including music outside.
