Ladys Villa Emerald Pointe Florida - Self catering holiday villa

Ladys Villa (Loz and Ady's villa) is our holiday home in the sun, it will sleep up to 8 people. We invite you to share our home when we are not in residence. It is ideally situated for the independent traveller, giving easy access to all the theme parks, airports and all other attractions, whilst being far enough away from the tourist traps to enjoy chill out days. Ladys Villa is located towards the eastern edge of Kissimmee, on the Emerald Pointe community, off Boggy Creek Road, the south exit road from Orlando Airport. It is easily accessible from a number of major roads, such as the Florida Highway 417, US Highway 192, Osceola Parkway (leads straight to Disney parks) and the Florida Turnpike.

The Orlando area is mostly known for its theme parks. You can find links to the major parks by clicking on the attractions tab on the right of the screen. There is however so much more to do nearby such as eco tours and horseriding at Florida Eco Safaris or Horseworld, airboat tours at Boggy Creek Airboats East , local wildlife at Gatorland, historic aircraft at Fantasy of Flight or Warbird Adventures, Space travel Kennedy Space Centre and Nasa Launch Schedule. There are numerous opportunities for shopping in the area, many Walmart Supercentres can be found nearby. There are a number of shopping Malls in the area giving either great bargains and/or quality goods. Some of these are listed below: Florida Mall 9 miles Premium Outlets 12 miles Prime Outlets 16 miles The Mall at Millenia 12 miles You may also like to visit St Cloud (6 miles), Celebration (11 miles), Old Kissimmee (12 miles), Cocoa Beach (45 miles) and Daytona Beach (65 miles). Sites of historic interest: Kissimmee pioneer village (7 miles), St Cloud Heritage museum (6 miles). Within a short distance of the Villa you will find: Publix Supermarket – Simpson Road Drive off the estate and turn left onto Lakeside, at the junction of Lakeside and Boggy Creek Road. Turn right and travel half a mile to the traffic lights. Turn left and Publix is 100 yards down on the right.

Rental notes: Minimum booking period is 7 nights with the exception of over Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter when the minimum booking period will be 10 days. Stays of less than 7 days will attract a cleaning charge of 85 USd. Pool heating rates, if required, are 130 USd a week for the months of December to March inclusive, and 95 USd a week for the rest of the year. A refundable security deposit of 250 USd will be payable in addition to the cost of your rental.
