This executive family home is brand new for Summer 2004.The villa offers over 2500 square ft of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 master suites, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a pool and jacuzzi which is fully screened and has poolside shower for your convenience. For your entertainment there is a fully air conditioned games room. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated if required and have underwater illumination.

Rental notes: The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £98/$196/€126 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £65/$129/€81. For bookings of 14 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £250/$497/€313 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refund

The large family room overlooks the pool and beyond over the natural lake. It is furnished to the same high standard throughout. You will find comfortable sofas to relax in while watching our 51” Sony HDTV Home Cinema with a good selection of DVD's and CD's. This large room has patio doors leading to the pool and jacuzzi. The family room is overlooked by the open balcony and the high windows give added light. Large open plan lounge is an ideal room to relax and unwind in the evenings. Home Cinema. Outside Area:The pool is south/west facing onto a lake. We supply patio furniture and loungers for relaxation and enjoyment. Relax in the jacuzzi after a hard day at the theme parks.
