Large luxurious non-smoking oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 10th floor in the Sand Dollar at 3115 S. Atlantic ave. Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to a very large private balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Sorry, no pets allowed. The Sand Dollar condo is family oriented, not a party building. We have all new furnishings in our condo and a free high speed DSL internet connection. Weekly rentals: Saturday to Saturday. 7 day minimum rental period. MasterCard, visa, and ax accepted. Building has security system, central smoke alarms/sprinklers system, 2 elevators, 2 saunas, oceanfront pool deck with heated pool and hot tub, fully equipped exercise room, and secure underground parking for one car with 7' door. Unit has electronic air purification, central ac/heat, 4 telephones/answering system/free high speed DSL internet connection, ceiling fans throughout and a computer size guest safe for your valuables.

We are located on the South end of Daytona Beach in a quiet area of the beach

Rental notes: $835 to $1,235/Week, depending on your Vacation Date, Special Events are higher. If your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates. Extra Fees: $65 Cleaning Fee plus 12.5% Florida Tax.

Living room/dining room has queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, dining table/4 chairs, breakfast bar/2 stools, 27" remote control TV/cable, DVD/VCR player, stereo system with CD player/am-fm radio. Kitchen with refrigerator/water & ice in door, smooth top stove, temperature sensing microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, automatic coffee maker, blender/juicer, George Forman grill, crock pot, all the dishes, glassware and kitchen items you will need. Master bedroom has a king size bed, clock radio, telephone, 19" remote control cable TV and private bath with walk-in shower/handicap bars and hair dryer. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, clock radio, telephone, DVD player, 19" remote control TV/cable with access to the guest bath with tub/shower/handicap bar and hair dryer.

Outside Area:Building has Security System, Central Smoke Alarms/Sprinklers System, 2 Elevators, 2 Saunas, Oceanfront Pool Deck with Heated Pool and Hot Tub, fully Equipped Exercise Room, and secure Underground Parking for one Car.
