The Old Mill House is possibly the most tranquil location for a retreat guaranteeing the most refreshing holiday retreat. It is a stone-built bungalow that once housed horses which worked a mill. It has been fully rebuilt and refurbished so that it exposes stone walls and oak beams. It is thus an idyllic stone village house with all the mod-cons that one would expect in any western house. When staying at The Old Mill House, the nature around will thoroughly enchant you. Birdsong is heard all day, whilst traffic is a memory of your past. The mountainous views can easily compete with the best of Wales, with the added benefit of a stunning climate; some say there are over 330 days of sunshine per year here. The village consists of no more than 20 houses and has its own orange grove.

The area is ideal for bird watching/ornithologists, mountain walking and amblers, those generally interested in nature, and golfers. Children can play in a very quiet area, adults can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the village and location, and everyone could drive for a day out to the Limassol beaches or other Cypriot locations. The nearest main city is Limassol, which has bars, restaurants, beaches, a port, a castle, museums, compact shopping centre, and much besides. The nearest village, Kallaki, is five minutes away and contains a further delightful church, café, and a small supermarket that sells all of your daily essentials. Klonari is easily accessible with good roads that provide Limassol beaches 20 minutes away. The Limassol dual carriage way is 15 minutes drive and thus provides rapid access to the many attractions of historical importance in Cyprus. he village itself allows for many wonderful walks and is only one minute for a British-run golf club.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cot. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The cottage has 1 bathroom and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. The cottage has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

Outside Area:The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Traffic is a rarity, peacefulness is paramount, swallows adorn the villa patio, and flowers flourish.
