Set in a unique position situated in the prestigious Parish of St James on the South West Coast of Barbados which boasts fabulous beaches washed by the Caribbean Sea and frequented by the rich and famous, yet only five minutes walk from our apartments. There are no private beaches on Barbados. Our apartments are situated on the fourth (top) and 3rd floor of an apartment complex which is set in five acres of tropical gardens with a 24 meter swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a poolside bar/restaurant and a 24 hour manned reception with a telephone in the apartment. There is an on site coin operated Laundromat. The accommodation is spacious, comfortably furnished and comprises a lounge with dining area and separate fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, grill, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and full sized fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.

Views:Great views across the pool and to the tropical vegatation and sunsets at night.

Golden View is situated near all amenities, a full shopping centre with well stocked supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy and medical centre. Within easy walking distance there is a choice of restaurants catering to every taste from fast food to fine dining. There are two Malls and a quaint fully operational Chattel House village retailing local fashion, paintings and artifacts. Public transport is regularly available approx 400yds from the apartments. The apartments also benefit from private parking. Barbados is the most popular of the Caribbean Islands, and enjoys a year round climate, with daytime temperatures of 27°C to 31°C. Night temperatures hardly vary, with the lowest winter temperatures of 23°C to 25°C.

Rental notes: Final amount will become due ten weeks prior to departure. Twice weekly maid service can be arranged. Please enquire on booking. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance at the time you send your deposit. Terms include maid service once a week, including all bed linen and towels, however beach towels are not provided.

A large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. Comfortable divan beds and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Patio doors from the lounge to the private sun terrace which has sea views and two comfortable day beds. A great place to relax and enjoy those fabulous Caribbean Sunsets sipping famous rum punches. Life does not get better than this..
