Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, utility area with separate washing machine and dryer and double garage with automatic door. Our eco-friendly solar heated SW facing private pool (overlooking Pine Trees, Golf Course and Lake), pool deck (lanai) is fully screened and equipped with loungers, table, chairs, gas BBQ, ceiling fans and lighting (including pool lighting). Our friendly local management company is always on hand to attend to your every need and is responsible for cleaning the villa before and after your visit. They will also attend to the maintenance of the pool and gardens on a weekly basis. Both of these resorts have an airport servicing flights from the majority of the major American airlines as well as providing on-site car rental facilities from major car rental agencies such as Alamo & Dollar. The nearest airport for direct BA transatlantic flights is Tampa. Rotonda West is part of a nature conservation area near Englewood that provides an ideal ambience and safe environment to combine relaxation from the rigours and stresses of everyday life with the opportunity to enjoy the numerous recreational pursuits and leisure activities on offer. This fully air-conditioned and spacious villa is furnished to the highest standard. As you enter the villa the wow factor is good. Large great room leading to an open plan kitchen and family room - all three have sliding glass doors to the lanai (patio). Eco-friendly solar heated south west facing private pool. Master bedroom and dining area also open to pool area. The family room has cable TV, DVD and surround sound and great room is for quiet time when you just want to read or relax. The sleeping accommodation in 4 bedrooms includes one queen-size bed, one double bed and two rooms with twin single beds. There is a master suite with walk-in double shower and large bath and twin basins, a guest bathroom and a separate poolside toilet. Kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you require, with a separate utility room. Wireless broadband connection is available for guests to use and can be used in any room. It is ideal for email and surfing the web.

Outside Area:This villa features a large screened solar-heated south west facing swimming pool, protect by a baby barrier and a shaded lanai with lights and 2 ceiling fans, for those who like the shade. The pool area has plenty of poolside furniture, sun-loungers with a table and 6 chairs. A gas BBQ is also available for the man of the house. Beach chairs and a few pool toys are stored in the garage as well. The garage door is equipped for remote operation.
