Our villa was originally built as the model show home for the community and hence is on an especially large plot, with the best views and the most convinient location. The large secluded plot also has fabulous uninterrupted westerly views across a private golf course, ensuring the best of the gulf coasts sunshine and sunsets all within a short drive to the beach and all of Naples amenities. Located just off Immokolee Road in the Palm River neighbourhood in North Naples, guests can enjoy the privacy of the villa's location on a third of an acre overlooking the exclusive Palm River Golf Club fairways and beyond. Being west-facing from the villa's exceptionally large heated pool and patio, one can daily enjoy spectacular Naples' sunsets. Indeed the patio area is totally private with no other buildings in view. Just one mile from an Interstate 75 Junction (111) and five minutes drive from the beach, plus a shopping mall within walking distance, you could not be better located. The spacious villa consists of 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, and we have priced the property to make it affordable for two to ten persons. Apart from the large fully tiled lounge and dining/great room, there is an additional dining area and family room adjoining the newly fitted kitchen. Golf clubs, tennis rackets, high chair and cot are available on request from our full time local manager . There is a small shallow creek running through the grounds, well to one side of the villa (safe for children) , teaming with fish , so you even have private fishing on hand and a couple of rods stored in the garage.

Located just off Immokolee Rd in North Naples.It is not a modern home by Naples standards but it was a model home in an established quiet neighbourhood with no through road and has the most wonderful aspect from the patio. Plus I can walk in minutes to several superb deli's and in the morning buy fresh bread, straight out of the oven to eat back on the patio. Simply heaven. 20 mins drive to 5th Avenue, less than two miles from the beach and the ever popular Wiggins Pass.
