The chalet is situated in Essert-Romand, which is one of the first villages associated with the much sought after Morzine-Avoriaz location. The local facilities include a large and modern Carrefour Supermarket, and numerous smaller supermarkets, and a weekly farmer's market. The local area provides many small businesses typical to the region, and Morzine-Avoriaz itself has much to offer. Car is not essential as free bus in the summer (200 meters away) and Chalet/Hotel Complimentary Shuttle in Winter. Morzine-Avoriaz is the centre of the ski area and located approximately 6 minutes away by bus in season. Les Get and Mont Chery is within easy access as well. Wide open spaces, challenging ski-slopes and bump runs for those in search of an adrenalin rush. Deep snow for leaving tracks around a mountain chalet or through the trees…. Long slopes for practising wide turns, ideal for families and the very young to learn on. Morzine has many restaurants and bars and numerous high quality shopping areas. Undoubtedly though, it's main attraction is that it is the central and busy hub for the Porte Du Soleil skiing region.

Rental notes: Payment should be made by Paybox e-transactions, which requires a Bank or Credit Card number and Expiry Date (not a security code ), French Cheques are also accepted. Payments will be charged in EUROS. A 30% deposit is required at time of booking unless the booking is made one year or more before the date of arrival, in this case only 10% deposit is required. If your arrival date is within 2 months, full payment must be made at time of booking.
