La Colina is just 1km or 3mins by car from the surprisingly sophisticated historic town of BEGUR which has a lovely old central square with cobbled streets leading off. A maze of individual shops, tapas bars, restaurants and late night cellar bars adorn the narrow streets. Outside the cafes you can sit and watch the world go by while sipping your mid morning coffee or before dinner drinks. The choice of Catalan cuisine and fine wines is endless and in the high season you need to book to get a table before 11pm. We will often book during the day for the following evening whilst wandering around Begur. Market day in Begur is Wednesday and the streets heave with stalls selling everything from fruit and vegetables to underwear.

A very spacious open plan living area with two walls of glass sliding doors offering panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Two large 3 seater sofas, dining table and chairs for 10 and occasional furniture in contemporary and traditional style. Double room with ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors to the terrace with steps to the pool area.Double bedroom at lower level with adjoining dressing room and shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, oven-hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. A utility area off the kitchen houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside Area:Enjoy panoramic views from this terrace from the living area which has access to the pool area. Seating for 10. Garden- Apart from the poolside and dining terrace there are steps to the rear garden where there is a lawn and barbecue area with a large picnic table and swing bench. This is a wonderfully peaceful area with a pleasant breeze. Ideal for relaxing away from the house and pool area and enjoying the views.
