Montecatini Terme holiday farmhouse - Tuscany farmhouse in Pistoia

Casale Campo Antico is in the green Tuscan hills that surround the beautiful medieval town of Serravalle Pistoiese in the province of Pistoia. The farmhouse, recently renovated, has been divided into 4 apartments of different types but all are characterized by brightness, size and comfort of the furniture. Each apartment has an outdoor area equipped with everything needed to enjoy the surrounding nature: table with chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. A barbecue area is available to guests.

Montecatini is situated at the foot of the Appenine mountains. Lovely green areas, walks along the long avenues and parks between the 9 thermal baths. Montecatini Alta, an historical hamlet connected by funicular, offers a fantastic view. Chic, well-known spa resort with 20'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, on a plain, in a convenient position, 16 km south-west from Pistoia, 32 km east from Lucca, 45 km north-west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool, thermal pool, wellness centre, health cures. The house is 10 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 39 km from the centre of Lucca, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, on a side street.

Aurora is a large two-storey apartment. The first floor has a large well-lit living area with a mini-kitchen and a large table with benches for dining. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The second floor has two other bedrooms with two single beds and one bathroom with a bathtub. Alba has two master bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom with two single beds as well as two bathrooms with showers. The second floor has a large living area with traditional Tuscan open-beam ceilings and a built-in kitchen. There is a small service bathroom next to the kitchen. Crepuscolo is a delightful two-storey apartment. A built-in kitchen is located on the ground floor that can also accommodate guests. The second floor has two master bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower as well as a small parlour with a sofa bed. Notturno has a living area and mini-kitchen on the ground floor. On the second floor it has two master bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Halfway between Villa Il Salicone and Casale Campo Antico we find the small house that we call “Oratorio” (the Oratory). This truly independent house has a furnished outdoor area and it is served by the Casale swimming pool, ideal for small families and for people who want to have more privacy.

Outside Area:This beautiful pool measures 12x6 mt. is located in front of the Casale Campo Antico apartments in a position that is easy to reach. Set amidst greenery, it has a panoramic view of the Montalbano Pistoiese hills. The swimming pool can be reached on paths that lead to each apartment.
