Beautiful villa with a garden, build in 2004. Ideally situated by the championship golf course of Villa Martin and just a few minutes by car to the beaches. Bright and modern and comfortably furnished to a high standard.

There are 3 golf courses close to each other in the Orihuela Costa area of the Costa Blanca, though Villamartin is the most established and best known of the 3 (the other 2 are Campoamor and Las Ramblas). Villamartin is a championship course and hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open. The Par 72 course was designed by Paul Pulman and opened in 1972.
The famous Villamartin Plaza has a huge number of bars and restaurants and is the ideal spot for that "special night out".
