Finca Solana is a traditional Country House with beamed ceilings and large spacious rooms, central heating and room fans. The private drive is accessed by automatic gates and the area surrounding the house provides ample parking. It is in a tranquil setting of 12 acres. The setting is typically rural with lots of small sleepy villages close by and the bustling town of Albox is just 20 minutes away.

Both are just 2km away. A visit to the charming and Historic city of Granada is comfortably achieved in a day.

Rental notes: A non-returnable deposit of £150 per week secures your booking. There is a returnable inventory deposit of £150 required against damage/breakages. The balance and inventory deposit are payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. We do not charge supplements. Please arrive from 4.00 pm and vacate the house by 10.00 am (local times). Changeover days are often Sat or Sun, however our aim is to be flexible whenever possible. Please check availability with us.

Finca Solana is a traditional Country House with beamed ceilings and large spacious rooms, central heating and room fans. The Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your Holiday, including a dishwasher, full oven, hob and microwave. The raised Dining Room gives a cool area to sit and enjoy your meals. It leads to the Bathroom downstairs and the upstairs floor where the Mezzanine Lounge and Double Bedroom are. The Mezzanine is the the "get away from it all" room where you can sit quietly reading or dreaming. There is a small Library with a selection of board games and cards. The large spacious Double Bedcroom has a separate wardrobe and plenty of extra storage. You can wake up each morning sitting in bed watching the sun come up over the mountains.

Outside Area:The house is in its own grounds of 12 acres in a typical rural Spanish setting with a private drive and electric gates to enter. The 8m x 4m solar heated filtered private pool, gardens and terraces are South facing, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the sun and views all day in the seclusion of your Holiday home. Because we are asked so many times about the Pool, we have done a Questionnaire for 2008, and the consensus of all Guests is one of yes, the pool is “definitely very private and so peaceful”. As you can see from the photographs to take full advantage of the spectacularly stunning views, it is not enclosed and gives guests a 360 degree view of the landscape all around the house from the drive to the terraces to the pool.
