This beautiful vacation villa is situated in the locality Sant'Ambrogio near the charming village Zoagli and the town of Rapallo with many shops, bars and restaurants. Stroll along its beautiful seaside promenade, the beaches and cliffs. Discover the Ligurian Riviera, the coast and its villages: nearby you'll find the city of Genoa, the famous bay of Portofino, the romantic scenery of Cinque Terre and the beautiful beaches of Sestri Levante (Bay of Silence). The capital Genoa, one of the most important ports in the Mediterranean, was already a powerful maritime state in the Middle Ages. Today one can find impressive buildings, elegant mansions, and wonderful churches - all of which bear witness to Liguria's glorious past and which blend in perfectly with the modern city. Liguria is where pesto is originally from, one of the most popular sauces in Italian cuisine. Seafood is a major staple of Ligurian cuisine, as the sea has been part of the region's culture since its beginning. Another important aspect of the culture there is the beach. Tourists have been flocking to the Italian Riviera for decades to experience its calm, deep blue water.

This private holiday house accommodates up to 7 people: on the main floor a spacious, stylish decorated living room with comfortable couches, TV, open fire place and reading corner. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On the first floor are 3 rooms: two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk beds and single bed (ideal for children). Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub).

Outside Area:The holiday villa is surrounded by a large green garden with olive trees where you can relax and catch the sun by the swimming pool.
