A Suite Kitsilano Cottage is a single, upscale, self-contained, garden level suite, of approximately 825 sq. ft. There are two bedrooms, one with a king & the other a queen bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. The furnishings are a blend of antique and authentic hardwood reproductions in the Craftsman, Arts & Crafts, Mission or, as our guests from the United Kingdom fondly refer to it, Macintosh style. The suite has a private entry, patio, separate private phone line with telephone answering device, flat screen LCD-TV with DVD/VCR and digital cable featuring Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand services, Broadband Internet access by Ethernet and WiFi, (we were the first accommodations, in Vancouver to offer complimentary high speed internet access to guests), bookshelf stereo with FM/CD/Cassette and a library of British Columbia artists’ music, a single bathroom with tub/shower, full cook’s kitchen facilities including smooth top self-cleaning stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with chilled filtered water, ice and crushed ice dispenser, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, pots & pans, full compliment of glassware, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, in suite laundry facilities and bicycles with helmets, for guest use. Daily rate guests, staying over a week, are provided weekly linen changes and cleaning service. Breakfast is not served. Also for daily rate guests', the suite is provisioned with, fresh fruit and baking, coffee and tea preparation supplies for a complimentary, self catered, continental breakfast, for the first morning. Beyond that, we recommend the many wonderful restaurants, within walking distance. There is always the option of using the suite's very well appointed cooking facilities for preparing meals. There are several grocers, within easy walking distance, offering a good variety of favourite, meal preparation ingredients. Please note, we do not allow pets or smoking indoors.

Rental notes: Reservations may be made, using a valid, current credit card information by telephone, fax or secure email. We do verify credit cards and need them to have their expiry date after the proposed stay. However, we do not bill cards until our guests' arrival time. We operate on a 30 Day Cancellation Policy. Reservations not canceled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay equivalent, hold back to recover costs. All RATES are QUOTED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS and subject to taxes Minimum Stays apply. During Low Season periods we operate on a 2 Night Minimum Stay basis. High Season periods, other than Christmas/New Years we operate on a 3 Night Minimum Stay. During Christmas/New Year's, in consideration of staff families we operate on a 5 Night Minimum Stay basis.
