The climate in this region is wonderful. October to February are the so called winter months with more rain than the rest of the year, but mild temperatures. One of the most precious pieces of Portugal's patrimony is the Sudoeste Alentejano and the Costa Vicentina, a majestic sweep of coastline and hinterland, declared naturereserve since 1995, that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean till the Serra de Monchique and from Zambujeira do Mar till Sagres and the rural district of Vila do Bispo in the south west. Declared a protected zone by the Government in 1995, it is a place of wild, rugged landscape where nature combines with history to create a unique and often awe-inspiring effect. The park contains no fewer than 750 species of flora.

The other, with 22 square meters have two single beds,and can function as suite, independent of the house ;it has a private bathroom and it´s own terrace.
