This lovely spacious 2 bed roomed apartment is located in the very Spanish coastal fishing town of Sabinillas, Manilva. The apartment is modern, well furnished and located within a stones throw of the beach. The beach has blue flag status and is cleaned daily. Every facility/amenity has been provided to make your stay enjoyable including a beach umbrella, ice box, towels etc. Nearby there is a children's play area, a newly constructed exercise area with machines, and car parking facilities. It is within easy walking of all bars, restaurants, shops, Post Office, Banks and supermarkets. It is within a 25 min drive to Gibraltar and unless you require a car to visit different locations, A CAR IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
If you do have a rental car, it has the benefit of an underground parking space, which is a blessing in the hot summer months.

The up and coming popular Spanish coastal town of Sabinillas is located west of Estepona. It is famous for its numerous golf courses including Valderama where the Volvo Masters has been played over the last 10 years, El Cortesin where the next World Match Play competition will take place in Oct 09 and right on your doorstep, Duquesa golf located near the Duquesa Golf Hotel, which also offers Spa and Gym facilities. Heading west towards Algeciras the large aquatic Bahia Park can be found, check it out at www.bahiapark.com to see the facilities on offer.
Heading East towards Estepona is the famous Selwo Safari Park which is a must see for all the family. There are equestrian centres nearby and lots of famous marinas including Duquesa which has a great night life with lots of bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina. Its a great place to relax and have an evening meal watching the sun set. Duquesa is within easy walking distance of Sabinillas along an esplanade.

Rental notes: The Owners reside nearby and will meet you on arrival in Sabinillas, take you to the apartment and hand you the keys. Full payment in cash (euros) at commencement of holiday. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is left in good order, if not it will be retained to cover the damage, breakages etc. caused during your stay. Rental includes cleaning, electricity and water, towels, beach towels, welcome pack.

A modern newly constructed high spec 2 bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building. The through lounge/kitchen contains a breakfast bar, 2 leather settees, satellite TV with large patio doors leading to the large south facing wrap around balcony. The Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 sets of double wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a 4 drawer unit and an armchair with patio door leading to the balcony. The Bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a bedside cabinet and 2 sets of double wardrobes with an additional utility cupboard.
It has air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms with remote control and a telephone security entry system. There is an electricity meter taking 1 euros coins solely for the air con unit. There is a table with four chairs and a sun lounger on the balcony.
Outside Area:The apartment has a secure entry system leading into a terraced area with plants and a water feature. There is a second internal security door leading to a well lit entrance with ramp for wheelchair/pushchair access leading to a lift. Although access is available to wheelchair users, the apartment is not really condusive to use by wheelchair users. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There is a communal pool with garden area, shower and toilet facilities. Located nearby is a parking area, children’s secure play area and separate area with exercise machines. The beach is less than 2 mins walk and there are numerous bars, restaurants, and a variety of shops, Post Office and supermarkets all within walking distance. Gibraltar airport is located within 25 mins drive and therefore the nearest, Malaga is 55 mins drive away. If required, Taxis are available at both airports and in Sabinillas for your return journey.
