Affordable Luxury, our Kona Oceanview Vacation Home is located on one lush acre of tropical delights on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kailua, Kona. Close to shopping, snorkeling, swimming and world class golf. Your unit is the downstairs of a luxury home, built for rest and relaxation. Upstairs lives a medically trained Massage Therapist to help you rid yourself of any excess stress you forgot to leave home. The pool and spa are yours to use exclusively, while you are here. The view from this home is so expansive that you can actually see the curvature of the earth. There is nothing between you and the ocean except Hawaiian flora and fauna, including an occasional wild boar. This is a strict no smoking zone, where children are always welcome!

Floor Area:1200 sq feet

This house was built for relaxation and comfort. Close enough to town, yet far enough away to enjoy the sounds of the birds, the smell of the sweet tropical flowers and the tastes of the luscious, fresh picked fruits. Perched 900 feet above sea level to capture a breathtaking view of the ocean. Surrounded by beauty, you will enjoy the close proximity to beaches, golf course, shopping and fine dining. The Big Island has many small cove beaches. The closest beach is a 5 minute drive down the hill. This is a quiet cove where sea turtles are often seen sunning themselves on the shore. Within a 10 minute drive are some of the best surf spots and boogie board beaches. The only long white sand beach is just 40 minutes to the North and there are many others in between.

Rental notes: Full payment required 60 days prior to arrival. There is a 5% discount for stays of 1 month or more.

One bedroom is the large (20 x 30') main living room / bedroom with a King bed and a sofa the size of a twin. This room has the TV. There is plenty of floor space for futons or a double air mattress. There is also a large walk in closet that has often housed small children. The second bedroom, with two twin beds (and a washer / dryer) is a 15 foot walk outside to the bathroom; although it is attached to the house. The bathroom / changing room is large with a separate toilet area and a large walk in closet that has slept as many as 4 small children at one time.
