Oberscheidweiler (altitude 420 m above sea level) is a small village, directly connected to the Vulkaneifel centrally located, with easy access to the river Mosel (cities of Trier, Cochem, Bernkastel), the cities of Luxemburg, Daun, Koblenz, the well-known vulcan-lakes (Maars of the Eifel) and the thermal spa Bad Bertrich. Quiet neighbourhood, which is free from traffic and noise.
Here you can do what you want to do. Rambling in the forests nearby or in the creek valleys eternises you holiday. Or do you like to take a bath in the volcanic lake Pulvermaar near Gillenfeld. if you prefer ride bikes along the bicycle lane osel-Maare. It is also possible to ride horses in equestrian farms nearby.
