A quiet country cottage in a small typically French hamlet, surrounded by farmlands. Good comfortable quiet accommodation, and is ideally situated for visiting the three principal regions of the South West France, Lot et Garonne - the Lot -- and the Tarn et Garonne. There is plenty of space for sunbathing, in a lovely garden or by the pool. With the barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and relax chairs the setting is just right for al fresco meals on warm summer nights. The cottage is in a small typical French hamlet, surrounded by beautiful countryside and woods. Situated at 212 metres altitude, this gives pure and less stuffy air than that of the valley and also a perfect climat for sunbathing.

BEAUVILLE is still a village where you can enjoy the real values of France. With very few cars, even in high season, low prices and friendly faces. With its woods rivers and lakes it assures the detente made necessary after 11 month's of urbane living. Only 4km from the medieval village of Beauville and 4km from Bourg de Visa (Tarn et Garonne) . Both villages have a good range of shops and local markets where you can buy eggs, honey, cheese, vegetables, fruit and poultry fresh from the farm. In Beauville village there is an excellent restaurant well known for the quality and the quantity of its meals, and its low prices. From the chateau of Beauville (inherited by the English from Alienor d'Aquitaine in the 13th century) you can walk round the village walls and admire the breathtaking view. Bourg de Visa also has a very good restaurant a horseriding school and many good shops. Both villages have a doctor, chemist, police station and garage. The special quality of our area has nothing to do with typical tourist attractions. It is truly beautiful, completely unspoilt and full of medieval villages. Outside Area:The pool stands in its own private grounds, is caribbean green, has floodlight lighting and is equiped with a "Jet Stream" ideal for energetic swimming or can be programmed to give a relaxing massage. Set in pleasant surroundings the pool is perfect for sunbathing.
