Launching-by-the-Sea is located in Launching, PEI and is uniquely situated at the beginning of a mile long white sand spit which separates the ocean from McPherson's Cove. From the house, the sand spit beach stretches northward toward Annandale Harbor, the cove beach follows Boughton River to the west, and in the southerly direction is yet another beach which eventually leads all the way to Launching Harbor.
The beach house is located 15 minutes from Cardigan Village (gas station, convenience store, restaurants, and liquor store) and within 20 minutes from the larger towns of Montague and Souris. It's only 20 minutes to Dundarave and Brudenell Golf Courses; 30 minutes to the Links at Crowbush Cove and 50 minutes to Charlottetown. Enjoy the very peaceful and secluded setting, featuring breathtaking scenery, natural beauty, pristine beaches, and a haven for waterfowl.
