This modern vacation villa (200 sqm) is located on a calm huge estate with a subtropical garden, Almond trees, Figue trees and pines; no traffic will disturbe your holidays - private road to the villa. The house offers elegance, comfort and recreation. Breathtaking panoramic view over ocean and mountains. Three terraces surround the villa to rest, read and enjoy the breath - taking landscape. Families or friends are wellcome: living rooms with TV, Music, Books, Internet Access; 2 bathrooms (shower, doble washing basins, WC and bidet) and a guest WC, Kitchen with all the necessary equippments, indoor - fireplace. All rooms may be heated. Internet access ADSL, SAT-TV with big flatscreen.

Views:From the terraces there are wonderfull panorama views to tatlantic ocean and in the mountain area of natural resort "Caldera de Taburiente"

The Northern part of the island offers a calm and hilly landscape - old "guanches" - original inhabitants left petroglyphs: scultures on stones. There are boat-trips along the coastline, or hiking in the mountains, Paragliding or Beach life to keep you busy. Visit the volcanos and seasalt salina in the southern part of the island.

Rental notes: 20% of property rates have to be paid after signing the contract, the rest is due 20 days before starting the holidays. All children and youngster uo to 16 are our guests and don't pay for their stay together with 2 paying adults.

Sleeping facilities for up to 6 persons (+ toddler, baby bed on request - no extra costs); 3 bedrooms with double beds (200 x 200), spacious closets. Living room with ADSL-internet access, , SAT-TV, 2 bathrooms each with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower, you may heat all rooms in the house, floorheating. Lounge with leather furniture, fireplace (firewood is available free of charge), small library, satellite television, radio, CD/DVD - player with numerous classical music ans DVD films. Living room with sitting area, dining area with up to 8 seats, large sliding windows to south west kitchen with dishwasher, refrigarator, deep freeze, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, hot tub plus, toaster, extensive cutlery and equipment;washing machine and dryer, parking, Internet - Access, bed linen, towels, water,electricity, final cleaning are included in the rent.
