It is close to the hustle and bustle of the theme parks , 15 minutes by car and yet one could be in another world where peace and tranquillity reign. The house sits facing west on a small lake with an illuminated fountain, The only sound one can hear is the splash of the fountain. Numerous water birds come and go.
The house is situated on a small quiet estate mostly occupied by permanent residents so it feels very safe.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one master and 2 twins. It can accommodate 6 people +infant . It has a private pool , larger than average 15 ft wide and 30 feet long. It is not overlooked. There is free solar heating for the pool and electrixc heating at extra charge - of course it is fully airconditioned. It is fully equipped with linen and towels . It has a full equipped kitchen , 2 bathrooms , large living /dining room.
