Daytona Beach vacation rental house - Florida family holiday home

My home has a very convenient location. You are close to the beach, the Daytona International Airport, Sanford Airport and Orlando International Airport. The beaches are approximately 2 miles from my home. Mimi's home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac which is within biking or walking distance to pick up some milk or bread at the brand new Publix Grocery Store located in Dunlawton Square Shopping Center. My home has three large bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with two twins. The Master Bedroom has its own large private bath which leads to the pool. The family room also leads to the covered patio/pool area. The kitchen has an island bar to eat quick snacks. There is a washer/dryer so you can do your clothes up before you return home if you care to. The living room has French doors and the hookup for the internet is located in this room which is quiet and peaceful. The living room also has a sleeper sofa with a Memory Foam mattress cover. The dining room seats six. The pool area is very nice. The large pool is a kidney and half size with a built in love seat at the deeper end. Port Orange is located between Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach along the Atlantic Coast. The beach is approximately 2 miles (Daytona Beach Shores). Port Orange is a lovely community which is noted for it clean look, and low crime rate. Port Orange is home to Palmer Chiropractic College. Daytona State College is located appprox 10 miles away close to the airport. If you need to go to the bank, grocery shopping, pharmacy, etc, all are only a few blocks away. Suggest renting or bringing your auto...there are too many other things to do/places to go that would require a car.

Rental notes: All fees must be paid 1 month prior to arrival. The initial deposit is $300. I accept total prepays if the vacationer desires,. There is a $500 security deposit which is payable with the monies due a month before arrival. If everything is left as it was found, then the deposit is returned. I have yet to keep anyone's money...everyone has taken such good care of my home! Special Event weeks (Race Week, Biketoberfest, Bike Week, etc. the rate per week is $2000

My home has a covered front porch with two rocking chairs, a foyer, a formal living room with French doors, parquet flooring in dining room, three large bedrooms, Master Bedroom has its own large private bath which leads to the pool area. The kitchen has an island bar for quick meals. The family room has a stone fireplace and French doors which lead to the pool deck. There is a Jacuzzi and also a small fish pond out doors.
