Peyia self catering family villa - Paphos holiday villa with panoramic Views

Villa Athena, South Cyprus. 3 bedroom fully air conditioned villa with panoramic Views set into the hillside of Peyia in a picturesque area known as (Where the Gods Live) with Mountain Views at the back and sea in the front. This Villa is located just above Peyia Village on the way to Polis at the highest point on the hill. Coral Bay is about a six minute drive away the nearest shops and taverns' are in Peyia Village which is a 3 minute drive away. The historic and popular town of Paphos is about a fifteen minute drive away.

Peyia is just a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay and situated in the foothills of Paphos therefore affords breath-taking sea views. It is a typical yet very friendly Cypriot village, with narrow streets full of old and interesting houses, and still all the amenities that you could wish for, which include 2 supermarkets, 2 banks, a chemist, patisserie and plenty of taverns', bars and restaurants, all very good quality and reasonably priced. Agios Georgios is about a ten minute drive from the villa use the new highway to get there it's a small harbour with local fishing boats the monastery is on higher ground above the harbour next to the monastery is a restraint the food is ok and the wine is better the views are great you can see all the Large gaping holes that have formed in the cliff face this area is known as sea caves. Polis and Latchi are about a fifteen minute drive from the villa, Polis this is where Aphrodite the Goddess of love used to bath in one of the fresh water springs that come down from the mountains to get there you just turn left at the top of the private road from the villa and continue on the same road until you come to Polis. Paphos has a pretty harbour where one can still see the ancient Roman breakwater. Around the harbour are lots of taverns and bars. There are many archaeological remains such as the House of Dionysos which has a fine mosaic floor.

Rental notes: The balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival at the villa, we will also require a damage deposit of 200 GBP this will be returned when we receive the keys back providing there is no damage. 10% discount for a two or more weeks booking. 3 or less people with a two or more weeks booking 14% Discount.

The sitting room is open plan with feature marble fireplace. Two large comfortable sofas and one large chair, coffee tables and large Plasma television with satellite reception and DVD player with a good selection of the latest movies. To keep the children happy there is a Sony play station 2. The kitchen has all modern appliances with breakfast bar oven with ceramic hob fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, four large patio doors give stunning views of the surrounding area and open onto the Patio. Due to the Villa location there is almost always a gentle breeze. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, one double with shower room attached and two further twin bedded rooms sharing a bath and shower room. Two of the bedrooms have large balconies with panoramic views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is another toilet downstairs also a shower in the pool area.

Outside Area:The Villa has its own private pool and six people Jacuzzi with ample sun beds tables and chairs.
