Walk only minutes from your condo to gently rolling surf and white sand beach, the areas finest hotels, and restaurants, night clubs, (live music). Take a romantic stroll or taxi to explore the original authentic Mexican Fishing Village. Meet the friendly locals. Purchase locally made handicrafts for yourself or friends back home. You can stock your kitchen and bar in the colorful Mercado (market where locals shop) or at the one of the two modern super markets. Casa Que Ve al Mar (our condominium site), located in Zihuatanejo, is midway up a gentle slope. Designed and built by Enrique Zozaya, the complex features 2 outdoor infinity swimming pools, lush landscaping, fabulous views over Zihua Bay, exercise room, reserved parking and 24 hour security. Tranquil, naturally beautiful, and convenient.

Rental notes: NOTE: prices quoted are for 1 to 4 guests; for 5 to 6 people email us for a price. During the summer, additional discounts can be arranged for longer stays. All reservations require a 50% deposit and full payment one month prior to arrival. Holiday rates for 2009-2010 for #603 Christmas/New Years Holidays December 19, 2009 - January 2, 2010 requires a minimum of 7 days stay and may include either Christmas or New Years. Should you wish to stay over Christmas and New Years, you must stay at least 2 weeks. Should you wish to stay over Christmas only, your stay must end by December 26,27,28, 2009. Should you wish to stay over New Years only, your stay must begin no earlier than December 26, 2008. The cost is $500.00 per night, for up to 6 guests, for any stay that includes either December 24, or 25, or Decemebr 31, or January 1. Any Number of Guests Easter April 5, 2009 - April 19, 2009 The cost is $2,750.00 per 7 day period, Up to 6 guests.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - two with king size beds and one with twin beds. The third bedroom has twin beds that are not moveable and serves as a combination bedroom/ TV room. The beds have very firm mattresses. Each suite can accommodate from 1 to 6 guests and is priced accordingly. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the same complex.
