This apartment is new and regulary used by the owner. It has full air conditioniing and heating. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, excellent cooker and oven, fully furnished and equipped with all the daily needs for a great stay.
There is a side veranda with table and chairs and canopy, balconies to all bedrooms and lounge, car parts, There is Nile sat whit english tv and a dvd player.
The town center of Chloraka is 5 mins away and the main town centre of Pahos 10 mins. The beach is a 5 min walk and a large communual pool is 10 metres away.
A cheap 1 euro bus service cover the whole paphos area and is 5 minutes walk, The estate is quiet but near to all the amenieites.
A pick up, car hire and welcome service is avvailable.

TO the right is a outside dining and resting area. There is a corridor to the right which takes you to the main double bedroom, en-suite and the second twin bedroom. There is a further bathroom/shower room. The second bedroom has a private balcony.
Outside Area:There is a secure car parking space. a few steps down to the front door and a small garden area
