Los Mojones is a residential area of Puerto del Carmen and is set on a hill, therefore to reach the amenities there is a walk down hill. Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour, which is particularly well known for its many fish restaurants.

The spacious accommodation of Los Techos is on several levels with a stunning lounge upstairs and with a unique Canarian style wooden ceiling. The day lounge is furnished with comfortable modern leather sofas, with French doors that open out on to the terrace. The fully fitted modern kitchen has hi-gloss white units and a complimentary central island. From the kitchen a door leads to the breakfast terrace overlooking the pool. A beautiful dining area that is complete with a table that seats 10 people with French doors open out onto terrace. Master bedroom is a beautiful room complete with king size bed and French doors to the top terrace overlooking the pool. Attached is a huge dressing room with a range of fitted unit and a superb fully tiled ensuite bathroom with built in bath, separate walk in shower, twin vanity basins and w.c. Another bedroom has king size bed, the rest 3 bedroom has twin beds.

Outside Area:Externally the Los Techos villa is completely private and not overlooked. Los Techos includes a magnificent 11 metre heated pool, and sun bathing terraces. Also around the pool is a covered games area with pool table and table tennis, family sized hot tub, built in barbeque & bar and several external seating and dining areas.
