Chris & Mady’s Suites are owned and operated by a Canadian/Dominican couple with over 20 years experience in the Hospitality Industry in Playa Cofresi. As original owner/developers of Club Paradise Hotel in 1986 we are well versed in the demands of International travelers. We have just completed a 4500 sq. ft. 3 story apartment building with main floor Supermarket and Gift Shop beside our restaurant in Playa Cofresi. We are located in front of the Ocean with beautiful ocean and mountain views.

The Dominican Republic has been a favorite vacation spot for Europeans and Canadians for many years. People from the USA are just now discovering this beautiful and interesting destination. The area is spectacular. It features the highest mountain, the lowest lake, the oldest city in the new world, Santo Domingo (Columbus landed in the Dominican Republic in 1492) and contains the most varied landscape with mountains, tropical forests, pine forests, cactus-studded desert, fertile valleys and of course miles of sandy beaches and off-shore reefs. Playa Cofresi offers the best of both worlds with the privacy of villa living and the excitement of local destinations. Some hotel facilities are open to our guests. You'll find botanical gardens, casinos, golf courses, night spots, restaurants and shops all within striking distance of the villa.

Rental notes: The balance will be due thirty days before arrival. Arrangements for extra guests must be made and paid for before your arrival. The price is for Suite 1 with 4 people occupancy. Please contact the owner to get prices for other suites.

Suite 1 offers: 2 bedroom, 2 bath with kitchen/ living room and double balcony. Master bedroom features king size bed and large ensuite bath with large corner tub and shower. Second bedroom with queen size bed and full closet. Private bath with tub and shower. Living room / kitchen area is bright and comfortable. Drapes and bed covering are excellent quality. Suite 2 offers: 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen/ living room and single balcony. Suite 3 offers: studio with kitchenette and full bath. The units are tastefully furnished with wicker being used wherever possible. Suite 4 - Our private one bedroom guest house located on our personal property one block from the Restaurant.

Outside Area:Double balcony has gorgeous Ocean and mountain views with outdoor dining table for 4 and a loveseat lounge chair and coffee table.
