Our delightful villa for 8 persons with private pool is located in "Pattaya Hill Village 2" only minutes away from Pattaya with her shopping malls, nightlife and beautiful beaches. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room; the spacious kitchen is fully equipped. 4 bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms. The living room has cable TV with surround sound, 2 large couches and 3 single armchairs, a bookcase for hours of reading pleasure and a large dining table for 6 people. Our spacious kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with a private bathroom and a bath, separate shower and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have double beds and one bathroom with shower and toilet. In the garden is a small house with extra bedroom (2 persons) and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners for a nice cool night. The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool ( size 6 x 10 meters) with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather with all year tropical sunshine. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings. On the compound is also a swimming pool with club house and 24 hours security. The villa is located near a street with good restaurants and fine bars for a nice cold drink with many terraces. Also for the daily grocery you don’t have to go to Pattaya, we have supermarkets, local market, ATM, shops and a German bakery within 5 minutes walk from the compound. From our villa you can take a taxi to Pattaya, so within 10 minutes you can be in the middle of the centre in Pattaya ( 2 kilometres) or relaxing on one of the cosy beaches (3,5 kilometres)
