It nestles close to woodland just off of highway 50 which takes you directly to Orlando and Disney in 1.5 hours Tampa is only 40 mins on the Suncoast Parkway. Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to supermarkets & quality shopping, with all the amenities around for a social, sporting & relaxing holiday with over 7 golf courses including ray Floyds just behind the villa.

Situated between Weeki Wachee & Springhill, Florida, just 45 Minutes North of Tampa and a one and a half hour drive from Disney along Highway 50. This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom two bathroom villa, with its own screened and private pool and patio, nestle next to woodland just off of highway 50. Within a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to supermarkets and quality shopping. With all the amenities around for a social, sporting and relaxing holiday, including at least five superb golf courses. The abundance of space, a relaxed atmosphere, a friendly community, woods and lakes, rivers to explore by canoe or boat, fishing and sailing, all combine to create its magic and endearment. A water theme park at Weeki Wachee Springs is only a five minute drive. The nearest beach is only fifteen minutes away at Pine Island and you will find a great seafood restaurant along the way. Head south along Highway 19 , (this is the long route to Tampa) and you will eventually come to Clearwater and Treasure Island Beach's, miles of golden sand and water sports. Along the way are many fast food outlets, shopping malls, flea-markets, pawn shops, supermarkets & furniture shops. You name it and you will probably find it. The quickest route to Tampa and Clearwater, is the new interstate highway just along Highway 50, towards Orlando and turn right onto the new toll road, Only half an hour to Tampa.

A three bedroom villa with master bedroom with en-suite Shower and WC and walk in wardrobes, and has a TV with Video games facility direct access through patio doors to the coverd lanai and pool area. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms which are situated on the other side of the villa, in between you have two lounges 1st a quiet lounge away from the TV which includes the formal dining area and front door entrance, through an arch is the TV lounge, and the open plan kitchen area which has all the facilities you need. The TV lounge seats 8 and has a DVD and music CD/ Radio. Off of this area through a doorway is the bathroom with a bedroom on either side the queen bedroom has a small TV and walk in wardrobe, with a window and view to the side of the villa the twin bedroom does not have a TV but has a large built-in wardrobe and a window view to the rear garden. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer with water & ice, a security video phone allows anyone to view and talk to whoever is at the front door without opening the door. Also accessible off of the kitchen is the utility room which has both washing m/c and dryer and a pull down ironing board. The end door leads out to the double garage, where there are 4 bikes for the use of, and a compressor for inflation of tyres or blow up toys etc. There is also another fridge freezer for keeping extra frozen food or cold drinks. There is a large library of paperback books for the use of, kept in the end filing cabinet. The owner’s vehicle is kept in the garage. In the TV Lounge there is a Queen Sofa Bed for two extra guests. Making total Sleeping facilities for up to 8 people.

Outside Area:Outside has at the front of the villa, are garden lights on a timer and also security lighting that come on when approached, lighting the garage and side of the villa at night. The rear of the property has a security light that is switchable from inside the lanai. The pool is 23 x 13 ft and is enclosed in a netted lanai and has lighting for night time use. There are 4 sun loungers with cushions. The pool is heated if required @ a cost of £50 p/w; you can also dine outside under the covered lanai with seating for 8. Two doors that are lockable from the inside allow access to the garden from the pool, the main access to the pool is from the covered lanai the door has a child alarm on it, switchable if needed for young children also a raised handle to deter young children from going into the pool unsupervised. Surrounding the pool area is a enclosed garden area with 6ft fencing- safe for young children to play in, with a side gate.
